- DC's: we rely on you to get news out and to make sure riders are safe
- Rally Account is healthy ($ 3,000)
- Changes in Written Test Format: 10 questions (5 HM and 5 Discipline Rules)
QUIZ:
- same format as last year with Classroom exposure
- C Championship in Rancho Murietta (July*- this means they CAN also ride in Championships East !!!)
- "White Elephant" Auction to benefit C's. **CAN EACH CLUB PLEASE DONATE A BASKET TO AUCTION? We want to use those funds to pay entry fees for Quiz C's. Organizers have changed traffic patterns; There are C2's and C3's entered!
DRESSAGE:
- 2 day format: 2 rides + kur
- Friday night move in possible
- New Rulebook!
GAMES:
- June 4 with rain date of June 11
- New Rulebook!
EVENTING:
- Pony Club Entries due 2 days before Opening Date to Event Secretary
- June 17: QN and BN - Strong D3's can fill out teams
- June 18: Tr. and P (PLEASE encourage Prelim. To take part!)
- If Host Family housing/Stabling is needed contact Sandy McNamee EARLY!
- Their HMO will contact ours; Volunteers are essential J
SHOW JUMPING:
- June 24-25th in Lexington, VA.
- Friday evening move-in is okay; layover fee (~$25) ; Book hotel rooms ASAP.
- Divisions: likely 2'6" - 2'9" up to H4.
- A Non- Qualifying Rally is planned for August 18-19 in Richmond
TETRATHLON:
- No Regional Rally; contact Carol or Marion for other options
D2 EVENTING RALLY:
- New location! All D2's invited (50 last year!)
BN and N EVENTING RALLY:
- change of weekends- same format as last year
CHAMPIONSHIP PREP:
- at Frying Pan Park this year; Attendance is IMPORTANT !!!!
D3 EVENTING RALLY:
- Just for this level; after Championships; just for fun!
COMBINATION RALLY:
- plans for choice of Show Jumping or Dressage or Combined Test format; pool party and fun for all at DRH.
